Disclaimer: Customer warrants that any access/location provided for MADumpster, Inc. equipment is sufficient to bear the weight of all equipment and vehicles required to perform the service. MADumpster, Inc. shall not be responsible for damage to any private pavement or accompanying sub-surface or any route reasonable necessary to perform the services herein contracted. In addition MADumpster, Inc. shall not be responsible for damage to lawns, fences or shrubbery. Customer assumes all liabilities for damage to pavement or road surface, lawns, fences and shrubbery. It is recommended that the customer place wood on the ground for the dumpster to be placed on.
Due to the uncertain soil conditions and sub surface terrain, MADumpster, Inc. cannot be held responsible for any damage to customer's driveways, curbs, lawns, walks. The delivery truck will not be allowed to drive on any lawn area and must stay on the driveway. ONLY the dumpster can be placed on the lawn (this will damage the lawn)
